Doctor, Can You Treat My Teeth Without Drilling and Root Canal?

Regenerative Dentistry is Non-Interventional.
Do not worry - there are no surgical procedures, such as drilling holes or extracting teeth. In fact, Holistic Dentists do everything possible to preserve the natural integrity of teeth and gums. Conventional dentists mainly regard the mouth as a collection of parts that can be manipulated with mechanical tools - just like a car mechanic fixes a rattling noise.
Holistic Dentists use a completely different and very effective approach - restoring and maintaining teeth and gums by activating natural regeneration, balancing nutrition, optimizing digestion, and restoring natural saliva content. Natural dentistry regards teeth, gums, and the tongue as living tissues that are a direct continuation of the body. The mouth was not created differently than the stomach or a hand, so it follows the same laws of physiology as every other cell and tissue in the body.
The natural well-being of the mouth is integral to the body's state of health.
Do you ever have a conversation with a conventional dentist about your digestive problems or a rash on the foot? I almost can see your smile - the first thing that happens in the dentist's chair is a "separation" of the mouth from the body by a symbolic blue apron around your neck! That is why it is a futile exercise to preserve a tooth from caries if we do not look at the root of the cavity's origin.
Modern life unfortunately carries a myriad of harmful exposures that can ruin your teeth and gums, affect your tongue, and then impact the entire gastrointestinal tract. An unhealthy mouth is the first sign that your body's health might be suffering. In fact, the mouth is the first and very important chamber of our digestive system. In many patients, Leaky Gut will present itself with a bad breath, dry tongue with a grey coating and plaques on the teeth.
What type of treatments do you use?
Our treatments are based on groundbreaking research that demonstrates that dental tissue is constantly changing during life. And by restoring natural balance in the mouth we can even regrow tooth enamel. Modern dental societies are already implementing new guidance recommending a non-invasive and observational approach before mechanical treatment. However, a huge local problem exists, as Professor Mikako Hayashi describes in his article: "dentists persist with the expensive and destructive regime of ‘drill and fill (and bill)’. International advances in care may not reach the clinician’s chair because treatment guidelines and payments are set locally" (Dentistry in the 21st century: challenges of a globalising world).
We oppose the conventional use of abrasive toothpastes, antibacterial mouthwashes, antibiotics, deep cleaning, and topical anesthetics. There are natural ways of getting rid of plaques and gum pockets, teeth whitening, and regrowth on recessed gums. It is time you experience all the benefits of natural mouth care! What to Expect From Regenerative Dental Appointment?
Visit to Holistic Dentist is a completely different experience!

First, no one will immediately put you in a dental chair! Doctor will discuss your overall health - history and physical examination is a part of your Holistic Dentistry consultation. You might be surprised with such approach, as conventional dental exam focuses only on the mouth or the tooth you point at. Well, as for integrative dentistry, we believe your mouth is a part of you and should not be ever viewed separately.
Second, Doctor will need to see if your mouth is healthy. Your teeth, gums and tongue will be examined. The tongue exam can tell a lot about your overall health and the health of the mouth. We might do some tests that will show if you have sufficient saliva production and normal mouth pH. pH measurement will be used to assess your current mouth health and to monitor progress. (Salivary pH: A diagnostic biomarker. Sharmila Baliga, Sangeeta Muglikar, and Rahul Kale, J Indian Soc Periodontol.)
All possible causes of your problem will be assessed. Tests or procedures may be needed to determine if you have health problems leading to your mouth issues. For example, the source of the bad breath can be an inflammation in the nose (chronic infection or polyps). Doctor may be able to perform or schedule a rhinoscopy - fiberscope visualization of the nasal cavity. Or, there may be a reflux of the acid - that can be diagnosed by a laryngoscopy.

At ImmuneLine you will always feel as a part of the team - we teach you about your body and help understanding how you can have a healthy mouth. We empower you with simple but effective solutions for the daily maintenance so you can be in charge of your gums and teeth!
A Light-Based Approach to Gum and Dental Healing

Regenerative Immunology, Inc.
Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBM) for Oral Health, Gums, and Teeth

Photobiomodulation (PBM) is a gentle, non-invasive treatment using red and near-infrared light to stimulate energy production in cells, reduce inflammation, and support oral tissue repair. It is ideal for treating gum issues, reducing pain, and speeding up post-procedure recovery.

Why Choose PBM for Dental Wellness?
-
Reduces gum inflammation (gingivitis, periodontitis)
-
Accelerates healing after extractions or implants
-
Decreases tooth sensitivity
-
Eases TMJ and jaw discomfort
-
Aids in managing dry mouth and burning mouth syndrome
Conditions PBM Can Help With:
-
Bleeding or swollen gums
-
Jaw pain and tension
-
Post-surgical healing
-
TMJ dysfunction
-
Chronic oral inflammation
How It Works
-
Red and NIR light (630–850 nm) delivered to the gums, jaw, or oral cavity
-
Treatments last 5–15 minutes
-
Non-invasive and contact-free
-
No downtime required
Example Protocols
-
Gingivitis: 630–660 nm, 5 min/quadrant, 2–3x/week for 2–4 weeks
-
Post-Extraction: 810 nm, 1–2 min/site post-op and next day
-
TMJ Pain: 850 nm, 3–5 min/side on TMJ/masseter
-
Implants: 660 nm intraoral + NIR to jawline, 2–3 min each
What to Expect
Treatments are quick and soothing. Many patients feel relief after just one or two sessions, with results improving over time.
