Chronic Fatigue Explained in Brief

Updated: Apr 6

Chronic Fatigue is a Condition not a Disease

As we grow older we tend to fatigue faster. But is Chronic Fatigue different? And what is Chronic Fatigue anyway? Well, after a long exhausting week comes a rescue of the weekend. You can sleep longer, read your favorite blog, and go for a hike if the weather permits. People find various activities relaxing and energizing. But we all expect to feel relaxed, happy and full of energy after a day or two like these. In people plagued with Chronic Fatigue it just does not happen. One of the leading causes of chronic fatigue is Long COVID.

The Mechanism of Balancing is Broken

While there are many explanations why someone may develop Chronic Fatigue, one common mechanism is obvious to me. It is the program that regulates energy output and accumulation that is broken. Why am I sure about that? Because when we run recovery protocols with the help of neurolinguistic reprogramming, kinesiology and Tibet medicine people recover or significantly improve. And as we design our treatment plan specifically to reprogram energy usage, here is my confirmation of the theory.

Chronic Fatigue can be Cured

Every patient we treat is unique, and the reason for sickness is different. But surprisingly there are some ancient methods that work great for the treatment of all Chronic Fatigue sufferers. Fixing the energy flow and re-wiring of the problematic areas can bring people back to normal life. In a way, it is similar to fixing up the old but great car - just running diagnostics and changing some electric circuits brings back the speed and "vrrrum"!

Chronic Fatigue Explained in Brief is just a beginning of the story

Every day I spend at least an hour talking to my patients about chronic fatigue. Finally, I am putting together a series of posts and video sessions talking about this number ONE chronic condition of our modern world.
